Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions are between Robert’s Piano Lessons (RPL) and customers. Robert’s Piano Lessons reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.

Expectations

• RPL is committed to being professional, punctual and focused on each student’s needs.

• RPL is focused on bring a high level of education to all students.

• Students are expected to practice and complete any homework between lessons.

• There are no contracts and you can cancel at any point.

Fees

• Fees shall be calculated at a rate of £30 per hour unless otherwise agreed.

• The fee is inclusive of preparation time and teaching resources required for lessons.

• The tutor may adjust their fees at any time and will provide the student with 30 days written notice in such cases.

• There are no refunds for lessons paid in advance.

Missed Lessons

• If you need to cancel a lesson, please do so 48 hours before the lesson’s day.

• The number of make-up lessons is limited to 1 per month.

• Make-up lessons must be scheduled within 30 days of the missed lesson.

• If the student misses their make-up lesson it will not be rescheduled.

• Regular cancellations may result in permanent cancellation of the student’s time slot.

Terms of Payment

Payment shall be made at the end of each lesson or payment should be made in advance as agreed by all parties.

Accepted methods of payment:

• Bank Transfer.

• Paypal.

• Cash.
